Business owners can connect their Google Calendar to synchronize appointments created in REXTEN and prevent scheduling conflicts. REXTEN uses the connected Google account only to provide calendar synchronization and related scheduling functionality authorized by the user.

How REXTEN uses your Google data

REXTEN requests access to your Google Calendar events solely to create, update, and remove the calendar entries that correspond to your REXTEN appointments. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising, and access can be revoked at any time by disconnecting Google Calendar in your REXTEN settings or from your Google Account permissions.

How to connect

Connect Google Calendar from your REXTEN business dashboard under Settings → Integrations. Each business owner or specialist authorizes their own Google account, and only future appointment changes are synchronized.
